Michalsky to lead new WESTPAC office

DEL MAR, CA — March 1, 2007— Harbor Lane Associates, Inc. (HLA), a leading security services firm, today announced that Bill Michalsky has been named Vice President of Worldwide Operations.

Michalsky, a distinguished member of the HLA team, brings with him over 30 years of experience in management and the security industry. Michalsky joined the company in 2002, after serving a number of management positions.

Michalsky has worldwide responsibility for the planning, development, implementation and administration of HLA's employment, training, and organizational development programs. He will partner with HLA’s executive team on strategic initiatives and has played an active role in the company's mergers and acquisitions. He will also be heading the newly opened HLA WESTPAC in Del Mar, CA.
