The tactical location and lead placement of Bill Michalsky, Vice President, Worldwide Operations, and his extensive knowledge of the west coast market will allow the company to better serve its ever growing client base.

Bill Michalsky, HLA's new Vice President of Worldwide Operations brings with him over 30 years of experience in management and the security industry. Michalsky has worldwide responsibility for the planning, development, implementation and administration of HLA's employment, training, and organizational development programs. He partners with HLA's executive team on strategic initiatives and has played an active role in the company's mergers and acquisitions. Michalsky is a graduate of the University of Southern California in Los Angeles and holds a Bachelor of Art in Social Sciences.
